How a project works

Inquiry: tell us your goal, audience, scope, and intended deadline.
Proposal: we define the deliverables, price and currency, payment schedule, milestones, and estimated timeline in writing.
Agreement: confirm revision limits, confidentiality, IP ownership, acceptance, termination and refund provisions.
Work and delivery: exchange feedback on milestones and receive digital deliverables under the agreement.

Pricing: custom quote; no fixed fee or subscription is offered for professional services on this website. No deposit is due until both parties agree to a written proposal. Any published estimate is not an accepted order.

What the proposal should contain

Commercial terms

Legal contracting party, scope, fee and currency, billing milestones, third-party expenses, and cancellation terms.

Delivery & quality

Project timeline, file formats, review rounds, acceptance tests, warranty or maintenance terms when applicable.

Rights & data

Intellectual-property assignment or licensing, confidentiality, permissions for third-party and AI tools, and data handover.

Ownership and publishing

Ownership, licensing and transfer of manuscripts, software source code, designs, and other deliverables must be specified in the signed agreement. Publishing assistance does not guarantee book sales, distribution acceptance, rights clearance, ISBN issuance, or publication.

Refunds & support
